The Welcome Party is a place to get acquainted with Fire of God leaders & culture. You will learn about Fire of God as a New Member! This course is required if you desire to serve in ministry at Fire Of God International Ministry. 

At the welcome Party you will:

1. CONNECT- This is a great opportunity to connect new guests and families to the Fire of God International Family. This phase is about building relationships with our new guests and serving them at a personal level. Our goal is to help connect lives to the Fire of God family through our House Of Fire small groups.

2. FOG101 is the orientation of our first process and is done once a month for our new guests to learn about the history of our Church. We share about the culture, values & vision of Fire of God Int. so that guests can become integrated into the family. After a guest has completed our FOG101 we connect each member to an HOFGroup(House of Fire Groups)  that best meets their needs.

HOFGroup  (House of Fire Group) is a place where a community of believers meets to connect as a family, worship together, encourage believers in God’s Word, pray for personal needs, and build strong relationships. The purpose of HOFGROUP is to have a place to connect families together to affirm in their walk with God, bring encouragement during the week, help serve people in need, and to reach our communities for Christ.  

The final phase of our Church Vision focuses on helping believers in their personal growth in God. Through our GROW & EQUIP process we help believers with their First Steps in Christ, and also provide a pathway for believers to track their growth. Our Growth Track plan helps guide each believer to develop a solid foundation and grow into a strong believer in Christ. GROW & EQUIP is also about helping raise up strong leaders in our communities that will impact this generation with the love and power of God.  

In our First Step's session, we teach the fundamentals for the first steps in our walk with God. Each session helps believers learn the tools they need to be successful in their new journey with Christ.  

Growth 101 is a 8-week class that helps new believers and guests learn about the next steps in their Growth Track for Christ. These sessions are designed to learn the next phase the bible teaches each believer and to help grow in their knowledge of God. Each teaching helps believers strengthen their personal walk with God and show the practical ways to apply these teachings. Growth 101 is a family atmosphere where our team will also help to care for the needs of the new guests by caring for them with the love of Jesus.

DISCIPLESHIP is a program for those who want to become more like Jesus and grow deeper in their relationship with God. This program helps believers become followers of Christ that imitate and walk in His footsteps. Becoming a disciple of Christ is about learning how to operate like Jesus with the spirit of servanthood. DISCIPLESHIP helps empower leaders in their personal lives and to serve our city with the love and power of God.

The school of mentors is where we train and form a strong foundation of the doctrine of Christ in you. You will be equipped to help disciple a group of people, a House of Fire Leader etc. You will be trained in deliverance & inner healing and many other areas of leadership. Mentors also are trained to care for their disciples personally by loving them unconditionally through their process of growth.
